Professor Kırca has published various articles, books and presented papers in the field of law of contracts -particularly franchise, know-how, construction agreement in return for land share-; and also, many areas of law of obligations and consumer law -such as, defective product liability, trust liability, non-pecuniary damages, joint and several liability. Kırca is also deeply interested in law of property and methodology of law.
