Osmanlı Rumelisinde Türkçenin Gelişimine Katkı Sağlayan Eşraf Aileleri

Abstract

Osmanlı sanatı ve himaye ilişkisi bir arada değerlendirildiğinde bu ilişkiyi üst düzeyde temsil etme, yönetme, yönlendirme vb. hususlarda sarayın desteği ve etkisinin ilk sırada anılması yanında önemli devlet görevlerinde bulunan isimlerin de zikredildiği görülür. Bu isimlerin büyük bölümü Osmanlı’nın önemli ailelerine mensuptur. Bu bildiride Osmanlıda benzer konumda bir ailenin parçası olarak himaye faaliyetleri içerisinde yer alan önemli Arnavut ailelerine mensup isimler hami vasıflarıyla ele alınacak, bu isimlerin çok görünür olmasa da bulundukları coğrafyalarda Osmanlı kültür ve sanatına ne ölçüde katkı sağladıkları değerlendirilecektir. Yapılacak değerlendirme ile aynı zamanda şair ve hami olan bazı Osmanlı ailelerinin şiir piyasasında ne ölçüde gündemde oldukları da ortaya konmuş olacaktır. Bununla birlikte Osmanlı coğrafyasında saray ve devlet erkânı eliyle toplumun entelektüel kesiminin Türkçe şiire ilgisi de ortaya konmuş olacaktır.

When the relationship between Ottoman art and patronage is evaluated together, it is necessary to represent, direct, direct, etc. this relationship at a high level. In addition to mentioning the support and influence of the palace in the first place, it is seen that the names who held important state duties are also mentioned. Most of these names belong to important families of the Ottoman Empire. In this paper, the names of important Albanian families, who are part of a family in a similar position in the Ottoman Empire, will be discussed with their patron qualities, and it will be evaluated to what extent these names contribute to the Ottoman culture and art in their geographies, even if they are not very visible. With the evaluation to be made, it will also be revealed to what extent some Ottoman families, who were poets and patrons, were on the agenda in the poetry market. In addition, the interest of the intellectual part of the society in Turkish poetry will be revealed by the court and state officials in the Ottoman geography.
