On the other hand, for any given network design problem scalability is also of utmost importance. Yet, these two design goals are acting against each other. In this study, a characterization of achievable network lifetime as a function of the degree of localization of the routing operations under ideal conditions by using three localized routing approaches is performed. We built a novel linear programming framework to model the network behavior and by using the framework sampled the parameter space. © 2013 IEEE. | URI: | https://doi.org/10.1109/SIU.2013.6531201 https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11851/5848 |
