Faculty of Law
TOBB University of Economics and Technology Faculty of Law was established in 2009 to nurture qualified jurists who have refined knowledge of law, well-developed analytical skills, and who are able to understand the social, economic, and political background of law, follow new developments and find solutions to the problems occur in both national and international arenas.
The faculty, as the only law faculty in Turkey which applies Cooperative Education Model, aims to combine academic education with practical work experience. This programme gives students the opportunity to experience the actual work environment in a law office, court, public or private institution during 3 semesters throughout their undergraduate education, thus they have the chance to gain work experience and shape their future career before their graduation.
Besides compulsory courses, the Faculty of Law also offers its students content-rich elective courses. The “Modular System”, first of its kind in Turkey, allows students to specialize in public law, international law or law and economics via these elective courses.
The Faculty of Law aims to meet Turkey’s need for jurists who possess both professional language competency and an international perspective. For this purpose, 30% of the total courses are lectured in English and students also must take a second foreign language course for 4 semesters, thus international career opportunities may be possible for all students.
“Qualified education with limited number of students” is the motto of the faculty and it aims to enrich the quality of education by its gradually increasing number of sophisticated academics. Thanks to its experienced academic staff, low number of students per academic, modern curriculum following current developments the Faculty of Law continually grows by the success of its graduates.


Hukuk Fakültesi
TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi, rafine hukuk bilgisine sahip, analiz kabiliyeti yüksek, muhakeme gücü gelişmiş, hukukun toplumsal, ekonomik, siyasal arka planını kavrayabilen ve zamanın ruhunu yakalayabilen, hem ulusal hem de uluslararası arenada meydana gelen yeni gelişmeleri takip edebilen ve buralarda ortaya çıkan sorunlara çözüm nitelikli hukukçular yetiştirmek amacıyla 2009 yılında kurulmuştur.
Ayrıca, Türkiye’de ortak eğitim programına sahip tek hukuk fakültesi olarak, hem teorik hem de pratik bilgiyi öğrencilerine kazandırmayı hedeflemektedir. Bu programda öğrenciler, lisans eğitimleri devam ederken 3 yarıyıl boyunca tam-zamanlı olarak bir avukatlık bürosunda, mahkemede, kamu kurumunda ya da özel kurumda çalışma ve böylece mezun olmadan önce iş tecrübesi edinme ve kariyerlerini şekillendirme imkânına sahip olmaktadır.
Zorunlu dersler yanında zengin bir seçmeli ders havuzuna da sahip olan Hukuk Fakültesi, kendisini diğer hukuk fakültelerinden farklı kılan modüler eğitim sistemi sayesinde, öğrencilerin seçmeli dersler vasıtasıyla kamu hukuku, ekonomi hukuku veya uluslararası hukuk alanlarında derinleşmesini sağlamaktadır.
Hukuk Fakültesi, Türkiye’nin hem profesyonel dil yeterliliğine hem de uluslararası bakış açısına sahip hukukçu ihtiyacını karşılamayı hedeflemekte; bu amaçla kurguladığı %30 İngilizce Lisans Programı ve 4 yarıyıl boyunca öğrencilerin almak zorunda oldukları ikinci bir yabancı dil dersi ile öğrencileri açısından uluslararası kariyer fırsatlarını da mümkün kılmaktadır.
“Az sayıda öğrenci ile nitelikli eğitim”i kendisine ilke edinen Hukuk Fakültesi, her geçen gün öğretim üyesi kadrosuna nitelikli akademisyenleri dâhil etmek suretiyle eğitim kalitesini en yüksek seviyede tutmaya çalışmaktadır. Alanında deneyimli öğretim kadrosu, öğretim üyesi başına düşen öğrenci sayısının düşüklüğü, güncel gelişmelerle sürekli yenilenen modern müfredatı ile hukuk eğitiminde kaliteyi yakalayan Hukuk Fakültesi, her geçen gün mezunlarının başarıları ile büyümektedir.
