in Economics from Bilkent University. He worked as an Assistant and Associate Professor at
Bogazici University (1998-2007), as a Full Professor at TOBB ETU (2008-2013), Ipek University (2013-2016), TOBB ETU (since 2019), and taught several courses in the graduate programs of Sabanci, Koc, and Bilkent Universities. Also, he visited the University of Michigan (1997), Princeton University (1997-1998), and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2006-2007). His research focuses on mechanism design, matching markets, cooperative bargaining, monetary general equilibrium, oligopoly theory, and computational economics.
