Abstract: Süperiletken tabanlı elektronik devreler ve dedektörler ile elde edilen yüksek hassasiyet oranları, piko-saniye seviyelerindeki işlem hızları bu yapıların ilerleyen teknoloji içerisinde yer edinmeye başlamasını sağlamıştır.
High sensitivity and very high operation speed at pico-second levels of superconductor based electronic circuits provides a significant place for these structures in the advanced technology. Single Flux Quantum (SFQ) technology can be used to design high-speed operational circuits and to process the pico-second period pulses. Below critical temperature which superconductivity occurs, superconductor based integrated circuits, with their capacity for high circuit sensitivity and high operational speeds, start to take place among the subject of research to be used in image sensors. In this study, a front-end readout circuit (Quasi One-Junction SQUID, QOS) connected to Superconducting Strip Line Detector (SSLD) was designed and performance measurement of 1-pixel strip line detector together with front-end readout circuit was verified with experimental results. With the verification of 1-pixel front-end circuit connected to SSLD provides with a vision for serial integration of this verified structure and generation of the horizontal axis of the targeted detector matrix. In consideration of the production techniques for superconductor circuits, layered production allows this matrix to be place horizontally (x) and vertically (y), so that the detector matrix structure can be completed. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method was used for optimization of the front-end readout circuit parameters by takin into account the circuit sensitivity and suitable conditions have been obtained for circuit operation sensitivity. As the front-end readout circuit, we used the Quasi One-Junction SQUID (QOS) structure. The front-end readout circuit can be triggered with generated energy on SSLD by low energy particles or photons radiation. Single Flux Quantum (SFQ) pulses occur at QOS output with oscillation at the input of QOS over a certain threshold energy. Design parameters of circuit components have a very critical importance in terms of sensitivity. Preferred optimization method is based on the selection of suitable circuit parameter set. The experimental results matched with the simulation result, the design was verified by experimental results in terms of compliance with targeted detector matrix and the the results were evaluated and shared in relevant parts of the study.
