Ayrıca; okul, hemşericilik, hayat görüşü/ideoloji ve yaş kriterleri üzerinden ayrımcılığın cinsiyete dayalı ayrımcılık kadar örgüt içerisinde önemli bilgisel adaletsizlik algısının ÜKD üzerinde büyük etkisi ortaya çıkmıştır. dc.description.abstractIn this research; perceived discrimination, perceived injustice, negative emotions and counterproductive work behaviors (CWB) were investigated. In this study both qualitative (in-depth interviews) and quantitative (survey) research methods were used. Content analysis, factor analysis, independent samples t-test, correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA and multivariate hierarchical regression were conducted on the data collected from 381 participants. Results of the study supported the theoretical framework in which perceived discrimination and perceived injustice increased CWB together with the moderator effect of negative emotions. Also, it was shown that school; home-township, world view/ideology and age criteria were very important as bases of discrimination and increased perceived injustice. Also, informational injustice was found to have a huge effect on CWB. Keywords: organizational injustice, workplace discrimination, counterproductive work behaviors, negative emotionsen_US
