Single flux quantum (SFQ) circuits can provide more computational power with faster operation and lower energy consumption and is one of the most promising technology that is an alternative to today's semiconductor circuits. However, due to increase in circuit operating speed and complexity, circuit design tools used today are insufficient for increasing the performance further. Simulations made by these tools are either taking too much time and detailed or ignoring many effects to achieve faster results. But ignored effects can be crucial especially for high speed and complex circuits. Therefore, design tools specialized for SFQ circuits are needed. For this reason, a digital simulation tool that uses statistical models instead of SFQ cells is developed. During the process, basic SFQ circuits are analyzed to find a model for output timings and variations. By using this model, the timings and timing variations of several cell combinations can be calculated practically. In this way, errors that may result from the design deficiencies or the ignored timing variation effects can be detected. By using this tool, timing errors of especially larger SFQ circuits can be analyzed without doing a time consuming actual simulationen_US
