| dc.description.abstract | Bu buluş, omurga cerrahisinde kullanılan, yerleştirildiği iki omur arasındaki tercih edilen mesafenin ayarlanabilmesini sağlayan genişleyebilir bir kafes (1) ile ilgilidir. Genişleyebilir bir kafes (1) en temel halinde, cerrahi uygulama sırasında, hasar gören omurlar arasında boşaltılan bölgeye yerleştirilen ve disk görevi gören en az bir gövde (2), gövde (2) üzerine yerleştirilen ve kenarlarında yer alan tutucular (3.1) vasıtasıyla gövde (2) içerisinde açılan boşluğa oturan, üst omura temas eden ve tutunan dişli yüzeye (3.2) sahip, hastanın omurları arası mesafesine göre alt kısmında yer alan çıkıntının (3.3) açıcı aparat (A) ile itilmesi ile yüksekliği ayarlanabilen en az bir hareketli unsur (3) içermektedir. | en_US |
