Kurumsal bir değişiklik yönetim sistemi tasarımı ve gerçekleştirimi

Abstract

Minor changes in the complex operations of the design and production phases can affect the whole process overall. Institutional Change Management System aims to implement such changes with a scientific approach, handling the job?s quality with a post modern engineering approach, assuring, integrating them with the current system, managing them, making it suitable for upgrading the system and operate with a suitable value cost. This thesis aims to pass on to the e-IT System by decreasing the loss of source where increasing the speed of test processes, employers performances and the reliability of decision-making mechanisms at the same time.

Üretim, imalat ve tasarım süreçleri içerisindeki karmaşık işlemlerde ortaya çıkabilecek çok ufak değişiklikler süreçte büyük etkilere yol açar. Kurumsal Değişiklik Yönetim Sistemi bu değişikliklere bilimsel bir yaklaşımla, modern anlamda bir mühendislik yaklaşımı ile ele alarak yapılan işin kalitesini, güvencesini, hızını, organizasyonunu, yönetilmesini, mevcut yapıya uyumluluğunu, gelişmeye açık olması ve uygun değer maliyetle işlemin yapılmasını amaçlar. Bu tez süreçlerin hızını, çalışanlarının performansını ve karar mekanizmalarının güvenilirliğini artırarak zaman ve kaynak israfını azaltarak kağıtsız bilgi sistemine geçmeyi hedefler.
