This study explains how Turkey's natural gas sector is governed. Turkey has the highest energy demand growth rate among Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries in the last 10 years before the Covid-19 pandemic. The resarch question is analyzed according to mercantalist, liberal and hybrid governance approaches in the literature. The findings of the study suggests that Turkey has a hybrid governance mechanism in its natural gas sector.en_US
